People have been eating bread for tens of thousands of years. It plays an important role not just as a staple food, but also has a huge impact on our culture and language.

Early bread was made from wheat, barley, rice and other grains. These bread were unleavened, meaning they di not contain added yeast and therefore did not rise.

Eventually we started allowing a small piece of the dough to ferment - to create a sourdough starter. In some parts of the world used yeast produced from beer or wine.

Change the first word to the second word. (e.g. change "FLOUR" to "BREAD")

Each turn must create a valid word.

You start with 100 points. Each turn costs you points.

You can do one of the following on your turn.

Replace a letter (-5 pts)
Add a letter (-10 pts)
Remove a letter (-10 pts)

You can also rearrange the letters by dragging (-1pt).
