Puzzle 8: Silver Lining

Can you give a STORM a SILVER lining?
You won!

TRIVIA

A "silver lining" refers to finding something good or hopeful in an otherwise negative situation.

The phrase dates back to a John Milton poem, called "Comus", written in 1634.

Excerpt from "Comus":

...
Was I deceived, or did a sable cloud
Turn forth her silver lining on the night?
I did not err: there does a sable cloud
Turn forth her silver lining on the night,
And casts a gleam over this tufted grove.
